Now, I am working in management but have many years experience as a therapist in mental health and addictions. Hello all!
We are now weeks inside of a new year, and I thought that I would place an ad on-line once again.
As a 53 year old guy, living in a rural part of the eastern US, I am feeling the urge to get back in the letter writing seat after a long hiatus (I had a couple of dear pen-friends back in the days of pen, paper and snail mail...unfortunately, life took quite a few twists and turns and over the years, we fell out of touch), and thought that placing an ad at Chanton would be just the ticket to opening a few doors to new friendships.
I am single, and am a teacher, working with students whose ages range from 4 through 13 years. I consider myself to be a "down to earth, low maintenance" type with eclectic interests ranging from home and garden, to collecting various items, to travel. Rugged hardworkin 40 year old American guy from Seattle lookin for a few dudes interested in someone a little different from your average gay guy. It was an amazing experience coming out after trying to be the man society wanted me to be for 40 years. It's easy for us all to get shut into our own little worlds, but maybe you're a bit more adventurous at heart, and believe anything is possible?
